Question: What a respectable treadmill speed/distance?

I usually jog at 12- 13km/ hour (7.5- 8 miles per hour) and I can run 8.5km (5 miles) in 45 minutes. Am i running at a fair enough speed or am I slow in comparison to most?? (18, male, 180cm) sorry i know there's no clear cut answer to this question, feel free to answer with what speed/ distance you run, and whether you think im unfit etc.

6 minutes per mile is 100 points in the United States Marine Corps.. i have been out 40 years and can still maintain that pace and have gained 3 pounds in the same 40 years.. If you can keep up with the United States Marines you can brag..

My speed is 15 km/ hour and I can run around 10km after which I get too tired. Depends on what kind of energy levels I have. If I've had a lot of carbo I can run much more.

How long is a piece of string really, what are your goals? i.e loose weight, tone up, run a marathon, build muscle, get abs? That's 9 minute miles you're doing. But electric miles are harder. run 5 miles on a road and you'd probably beat that
