Do you know the name of a Magazine I can subscribe to that is about home fitness?
I am not a member of a gym any more and need to find a way to work out at home. I subscribed to fitness magazine but that is to advanced for me and seems gym oriented. I need some simple direction to get started and I do not have a bunch of money to spend. So far I have an elliptical machine a balance ball and some weird sit up thingy. Is there a home fitness magazine?

What do I need for a basic home fitness routine after my baby is born in two weeks!?
I am pregnant but about to give birth and I want to get into shape after the baby is born. It is too cold here in the winter to excercise outside in the summer I go for long walks, bike rides and hikes but in the winter I think I would like to use a treadmill for a run and then do my yoga dvd when I can as well. I am a thin average woman and I have gained less than 20 pounds during my pregnancy but I have always had saddlebags and cellulite and I also have hypothyroid and Im only 22 so I want to make sure Im taking care of myself without taking up too much time and make a plan thats realistic considering I will have a baby
Best home fitness systems?
im a busy student that also works part time and i really dont see the point in investing my time and money into a gym, so i want to find a good way to get toned and build a little bit of muscle from home. I was considering buying a dumbbell set and possibly a barbell. I know it has a high cost at first but i still feel like its a better solution than paying 40 dollars a month for a gym membership. I know there are also many other home fitness systems but i just dont know which ones are not gimmics basically. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be much appreciated. I really dont want to spend over 200 dollars and need it to be somewhat easy to store. Thank you so much in advance.
Is this a good home fitness plan?
Will this be enough for me to get a good, firm bikni body in 2 months..I have already lost about 4lbs, but i kept going off my deit and eating crap..Anyway, now i'm serious.1, 300 calories, mostly vegs, fish, fruit and brown rice wheat gulten free bread. And i did go to the gym, but i can't afford to go anymore, and trust me, i would love to go running outside, but there is litrarly nowhere to go.So, is this a good workout for my abs and ass i want my ass bigger.. ...2x20 leg raises lying flat on my back 2x1 mintue of the plank20 squats20 leg lifts, sat on a chair2x20 hip lifts for lower stomach If i do this everyday, while sticking to the diet...will i get a much flatter stomach?Btw im not overweight at all, i just have a problem with my stomach..its too bloated and i have love handles So, does this sound good?
Which home fitness DVD for fit, gym regulars not looking to loose weight?
I'm a regular gym user and already have a good fitness level. However a recent new job with a monster commute and an upcoming house move has left me with very little time to get to the gym. What I'm looking for is a fitness DVD that I can do at home, that will give me a good workout and allow me to stay motivated until I can get back to the gym. I'm not looking to loose significant amounts of weight, and I'm not interested in 10 20 minute 'quick fix' solutions.....Can anyone recommend a good, safe, effective fitness DVD? I've tried 'Davina Fit' and while fun, it's nowhere near hard enough for me...any suggestions gratefully received

Mens at home fitness equipment...?
I've been seeing a lot of commercials for different items lately to 'tone' your body. Zone Pilaters A ring in order to produce support and force to fight against. The " Amazing Ball' which is basically a miniature medicine ball to help with crunches...I'm wondering if there is anything like that for men? I'm not talking about anything like bowflex, I'm talking about something more aimed towards 'closet storage', personally. I saw this pull up bar they have that looked intriguing, but I'm aiming for something more based towards base strength.Arms and abs primarily is my focus. Hoping to find something I can do at home when I can't make it to the gym. Would appreciate any ideas very much Thank you.
